Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly extended. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information, when available.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.


International Shipping

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their local government.

LoveWord is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.


Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has entered production or shipment.


Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist in locating the shipment.

Damaged Items
